1. Who we are

Autoroll is operated by AfriYaziMedia, 27 Stuart Rd, Rondebosch, Cape Town 7800, South Africa. By using Autoroll you agree to these Terms.

2. What Autoroll does

Autoroll lets you connect an Instagram Business or Creator account, submit photos from your device, and publish them to your account on your behalf using the Meta Graph API. AI is used to score photos, enhance them, and generate captions. You approve every post before it is published.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
• You must own or be authorized to manage the Instagram account you connect.
• Your Instagram account must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. Personal accounts cannot be used.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos and captions you submit. By using Autoroll you grant us a non-exclusive license to process, host, transmit, and modify your content solely to deliver the service (e.g. to enhance the photo and post it to Instagram). This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use Autoroll to:

• Post content that violates Meta's Community Guidelines or Terms.
• Post content you do not have the right to publish.
• Spam, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Resell or sublicense Autoroll to third parties without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. AI-generated content

Captions and enhancements are produced by third-party AI models. You review and approve every post before publication; you are responsible for the final content you publish.

7. Service availability

Autoroll is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or successful delivery of any specific post. Meta's API behavior is outside our control.

8. Fees

Pricing is shown in the app. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are at our discretion; we generally do not refund partial billing periods.

9. Termination

You may stop using Autoroll at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for any breach of these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autoroll's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Autoroll against claims arising from content you publish or from your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Western Cape courts, Cape Town.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
